Norbert E. Mbwiliza, President of Rise Africa in Tanzania Norbert was born in 1972 in Kigoma region, a western province of Tanzania.
He grew up in a family of poor farmers and has dedicated his life to people living in the same conditions. Norbert studied Agromechanics, CommunityDevelopment, Administration and was trained as a teacher. He also had a college education in Philosophy,History, Theology, English Litterature. Politics and Arts.
Honor student, He has always been in a leadership position: President of students council and President of youth organizations.
In Tabora province, he started helping the poor through vocational training programs. In 2002, Norbert won USAID FUNDS managed by Care International, John Hopkins University and received $40,848. In 2008, He became President of Rise Africa in Tanzania and implemented self sustainable programs to bring Tanzanians villagers out of poverty.
